Tell us the address on the account and we will email a link to choose a new password. The link lasts an hour and works once.

We answer the same way whether or not that address has an account here.
What happens to what you have bought
Nothing. Every lead you have paid for is recorded against the account on our side, not against this browser and not against the password. Changing the password changes the password.
Setting a new password also signs out anything else that was signed in as you — another laptop, an old phone, or somebody who should not have been. That is deliberate, and it is the reason to reset a password you think somebody else knows.
Why we will not tell you whether that address is registered
A form that says “no account with that address” is a way of asking us whether a named person or a named firm is a Tradello customer. We will not answer that about you, so we do not answer it about anybody: the message, the timing and the status are identical either way.
If nothing arrives, check the spam folder first, then ask again. Still nothing — get help, or go back to sign in.
