What a purchase includes, how to get back into your account, and how to reach a person. Everything below is a property of this product that can be checked, not a promise about how we would like it to work.
Email support@tradello.co.uk.
We have not published a response time, so we are not going to claim one. Your message is read by a person rather than a queue.
Include the reference if you have one, and say which project or which page it was about. Do not send your password — we will never ask for it, and we cannot read it: the account holds a scrambled form of it and nothing else.
One monthly fee, every project in your trade
Every project in your trade, for one monthly fee. The project intelligence behind every teaser on the Opportunity Index in your trade, every trade package on each of those sites, and a link to the published source record, open on your account for as long as the subscription is paid.
A project either also includes a published company contact route — an inbox, a published company telephone line, or both — or it does not, and which one it is is stated before you pay. It is not a subscription and no number of single projects adds up to the rest of the platform. The full position is in the terms of sale.
If a page failed while you were buying, nothing was charged and nothing was half-bought. Either the payment went through and the project is in your account, or it did not and you still have your money.
A reset takes about a minute and needs no one at our end
Reset your password. We email a link to the address on the account; it lasts an hour and works once. Setting a new password also ends every other session on the account, which is the reason to do it if you think somebody else has your password.
Sign-in answers a wrong password and an address with no account identically, on purpose: a form that told them apart would be a way of asking us whether a named person or firm is a customer here. The reset form does the same, so “check your email” is what it says either way.
Projects you have paid for are recorded against the account on our side, never against a browser or a device. Signing in on a new phone brings them all with you. Sign in.
Try again first — then quote the reference
Use the Try again button on the failure screen first: most failures are one request that did not complete, and the second one works. If it fails twice, the fault is on our side.
Every failure screen carries a reference. It is a short opaque code that identifies that one failure in our logs and contains nothing about you, your account or what you were looking at. It is the single most useful thing you can quote.
Anyone can ask to be suppressed, and there is a form for it
Every contact route in a Tradello project comes from a published public record or from a contact published on an organisation’s own site — never a consumer or residential detail, never a constructed address. Where each one came from is set out in the privacy notice, and the licences the data is used under are at Tritium 3.1 and licences.
A customer who has bought a package can be shown a named professional’s work email address, together with their name and job title, where an identified source published it against that project in that professional capacity. That is a disclosure of personal data to a third party and this site does not describe it as anything softer.
A professionally published UK landline can be in a package — a switchboard, a published duty line, or a named professional’s direct dial — where an identified source published it and that source is a page a human can open. Every telephone route carries the fact that screening against the Telephone Preference Service and the Corporate Telephone Preference Service is the caller’s own step: this business does not screen and holds no licence to.
No mobile number reaches any customer, at any tier, at any price, whoever published it and whatever label sits beside it. A mobile that is held is retained so that a request from the person it is about can be answered, and it is disclosed to nobody.
Any person or organisation can ask to be suppressed. Make a data protection request — There is a route for asking, it needs no account, and it is at /privacy/request. A letter or an email is treated exactly as the form is and on the same deadlines. Where a deployment has no durable case store the form is not shown at all and the page gives the written route instead, rather than accepting a submission it would lose on the next restart.
When somebody tells us to stop, the record of that is kept outside the data we rebuild and is keyed to what the publisher publishes rather than to a row we hold. So the next collection run recognises them and refuses to bring them back — and the refusal happens where data is written rather than where it is shown, which covers screens nobody has built yet.
The page written for somebody who has found their own details here is if your details are in Tradello, and the rights themselves are at your data protection rights.
